英伟达同意400亿美元收购芯片设计公司Arm

Nvidia Corp.(英伟达)同意以400亿美元收购软银集团旗下的英国芯片设计公司Arm Ltd.

软银在2016年以314亿美元收购Arm，这是当时半导体界的大新闻。现在4年过去了，以400亿美元出售，获利甚微，可见软银的老总孙正义在2020年的表现是差强人意。

两家公司还表示，此次交易需要英国、中国、美国、日本、欧盟的批准，审批时间估计长达2年。

华为，小米，OPPO，VIVO等知名国内手机名牌，芯片都是基于Arm架构，技术专利都要由Arm审批。英伟达是美国的知名半导体公司，这次收购Arm正处在新冠疫情和中美贸易战，这行为有着沉重的回响。
